MATERIALS AND CARE
Our materials
We work primarily in natural, structured fabrics — cotton, linen, and deadstock textiles rescued from overproduction. For our Upcycled line, we source existing garments and fabric remnants and rework them by hand, so material composition can vary slightly piece to piece. Where this applies, we note it on the individual product page.
Caring for your pieces
Clothes made to last need a little more care than fast fashion — it's part of what makes them last.
- Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
- Avoid the tumble dryer — air dry flat or on a hanger
- Iron on low heat where needed, avoiding any embroidered or hand-finished detailing
- Store on a hanger for structured pieces, folded for knits
Upcycled pieces
Because these are made from existing materials, slight variations in colour, texture, or wear are part of the piece — not a fault. We recommend spot-testing any stain treatment in an inconspicuous area first.
A note on longevity
Small marks of wear are normal in natural fibres and hand-finished garments. We'd rather you mend and keep wearing a piece than replace it — get in touch if you ever need help with repairs.
