$15.00 standard shipping Australia wide
$50.00 AUD flat rate for shipping outside of Australia.
RETURNS
Bacigalupo has a 7-day return policy: if you're unhappy with your item, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Item must be returned in perfect condition with all original Bacigalupo packaging, exactly as received.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
- Declare your return request
Email customer service at lauren@bacigalupo.com.au with your name, order number and a description of the issue.
- Return your item(s)
- Place the item(s) in the original Bacigalupo packaging and place inside shipping box or any other solid carton box.
- Close the box and tape it securely. Make sure that your shipping box does not contain any other shipping or tracking labels on it.
- Securely place the return label on packaging and drop to your closest Australia Post box.
REFUNDS
Once we inspect and approve your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
In the event your Bacigalupo item arrives damaged or defective, please email lauren@bacigalupo.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return or exchange.
